                                          Maintenance Agreements 

                                             ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT RESIDENTIAL

​

TWO (2) Tune Ups are covered under this contract and include as follows:

  • Evaluate electrical components including cleaning

  • Test all safety mechanisms for response time to insure proper operation

  • Test voltage and amperage to ensure it meets the requirements of the motors specifications provided to us by manufacturer.

  • Lubricate motors noting any visual wear and tear

  • Change hydraulic fluid on fall service call before winter and inspect lines (when applicable)

  • Adjust limits and stops for proper closure on gates, checking all belts and chains (when applicable)

  • Adjust sensitivity on loop detectors. (safety, shadow, entrance and exit)

  • Test programming of system

  • Inspect radio receiver and antenna connections

  • Grease gate hinges
