Budget Fence N Deck is currently working on a 3000 sq foot Ipe Decking project down town Dallas at the new Crescent Hotel located at 2012 McKinney St in Dallas, TX.
This deck features 2x4 pressure treated joists anchored to the concrete using spacer plates. The Ipe deck boards are spaced and installed using the CAMO Hidden Fastener System.
Once installation has been completed the deck will then be sealed using an oil based sealer for Ipe wood. This will increase the structural integrity of the wood by preventing drying and cracking of the wood.
